Initial Consultation
The initial consultation allows me to obtain a detailed client brief. From there I create the concept, sketch plans, determine fixtures, finishes and materials to reflect the vision you have for your home
Concept Development
The design process starts with the development of a detailed Concept Plan. I take into consideration the site specifics, intentions, desired outcome and personal preferences.
Design Development
On approval of the concept, I will commence the detailed design work. This includes floor plans, elevations and 3D views. Schedules of the fixtures, finishes and materials to resolve key design details and provide preliminary plans and schedules to inform provisional budget costings.
Project Consultation
During the construction phases I conduct regular site visits to liaise with the project team and trades to ensure works are progressing in accordance with the design. This allows me to resolve issues as they arise and ensure smooth running of the project.
Installation & Styling
Procurement and delivery of furniture and soft furnishings and my team and I are onsite to manage the required trades and consolidated installations, placement and styling of furniture, art and accessories.
Project Completion
On completion of the installation phase, a comprehensive handover document is prepared and delivered to you.
